Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions. By making a booking, you accept these terms.

Pricing and Payments

• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure
• Late payments may result in cancellation

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellation fees apply based on proximity to travel date
• Name changes may incur fees
• itinerary changes are subject to availability and fees

Supplier Responsibility

We act as agent for airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. Their terms and conditions apply.

Visas

Visa approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities. We are not liable for visa refusals.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of service completion.

ATOL Protection

We provide ATOL protection through LycaFly (ATOL 9624). This protects you against our insolvency.
