Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds:

More than 60 days before departure:

90% refund of package cost
100% refund if visa is denied

30-60 days before departure:

70% refund of package cost
Administrative fees apply

15-29 days before departure:

50% refund of package cost
Flight cancellation charges apply

Less than 15 days before departure:

25% refund of package cost
Subject to airline and hotel policies

Special Circumstances:

Visa Denial:

Full refund if visa is denied by Saudi authorities
Requires official denial documentation

Force Majeure:

Full refund in case of government travel restrictions
Medical emergencies (with supporting documentation)

Non-Refundable Items:

Visa application fees (once submitted)
Travel insurance premiums
Bank transaction charges
Any third-party fees already incurred

Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed within 14 business days
Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
International transfers may incur additional bank charges

Modification Policy:

Package modifications are subject to availability
Change fees may apply for alterations within 30 days of travel
Date changes may result in price differences
